Information requested
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, with an optional town or general property location. It does not request payment information, attachments, passwords, travel dates, or property access codes. Hosting and security services may also process your IP address, browser information, and request metadata.
Why information is used
We use inquiry information to review your request, discuss a possible service arrangement, follow up, and reply to you. Security information is used to protect the website and prevent spam and abuse. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing messages.
How information is processed
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When email delivery is enabled, the server checks a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam token and sends the inquiry through Resend to info@trueviewnayarit.com, a business mailbox hosted by Proton Mail. These providers process information needed to operate their services and may process it outside Mexico.
Message contents are not stored in a separate website database. To limit repeated submissions, the website keeps attempt counters linked to a hashed email address. Expired counters are cleared when further submissions are processed. Hosting, anti-spam, delivery, and mailbox providers may process request metadata, delivery records, and the contents necessary to provide their services. A form that delivers to Proton Mail is not automatically end-to-end encrypted.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain inquiry correspondence while reasonably needed to respond, follow up, or meet legal obligations. We periodically review inactive inquiries and delete information no longer needed. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to info@trueviewnayarit.com.
You may use that email address to request access to or correction of your personal information, request cancellation or deletion, object to its use, or withdraw consent where applicable. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the correspondence. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Requests are handled under applicable law, including any lawful retention requirements.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social feeds, or third-party font services have been added to this website. Hosting authentication and security services may use information or cookies required for their operation. Cloudflare Turnstile loads when contact delivery is configured; its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Changes
Updates to this notice will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes in how inquiries are handled will be reflected here; where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose.

Information and inquiries
This website introduces TrueView Nayarit and provides a way to discuss possible services. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking, a service contract, authorization to enter a property, or permission to undertake work.
Scope, availability, and payment
Services, dates, reporting, responsibilities, fees, and payment terms must be agreed directly. There is no checkout or payment processing on this website. Website service descriptions do not establish an agreed scope.
Appropriate use
Use the contact form for genuine inquiries. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt to compromise the website, or include another person’s confidential information without authority.
Website availability
The site and form may occasionally be unavailable. A delivery confirmation means the email provider has accepted a message; it does not guarantee arrival in the inbox or a particular response time.

A clear understanding
Any property visit should be based on an agreed checklist and arrangement. References to checkups or reporting do not promise a certified inspection, security service, continuous monitoring, or protection against loss.
This website is not an emergency channel. Any urgent or after-hours arrangements need to be confirmed directly.
These website terms do not replace a service agreement or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
